When we moved to Guam, I bought my first Jeep (Pictured Above). My 1993 YJ, 2.5L, 5-Speed, was showing it age when I bought it in 2005. It had spent the majority of it's life in the salt air and was in desperate need of an overhaul. Most of the mechanicals I left stock and focused on getting rid of the rust. That meant tearing it down and getting it painted. Ellen and I have many fond memories in this Jeep while we were on Guam. It was painful selling it when we left! |

Once we got back to the States, I
bought my 2002 TJ X. It is a 4.0 L, 5-Speed. I've installed a 2" Rubicon Express lift kit with monotube
shocks. The Ecco wheels got to stay, but the stock Goodyear
Wrangler GSAs got traded out for new 31" Goodyear Wrangler MTR's with
Kevlar. Have added a couple minor mods - fog lights, half-doors, |

Between the lift, new shocks, and tires, the ride has improved considerably! Now, I just need to find some Jeep trails... |
